1、Event Purpose:
In order to give all international students studying in
Taiwan an opportunity to have more understanding of Taiwanese culture, host
families in southern Taiwan are invited to open up their homes and their lives
to allow an international student currently studying in Taiwan to join their
family for a weekend.
2、 Event Date:
November 14-15, 2015
3、 Event Description:
The event will start with a meet and greet at Tainan Cultural &
Creative Park, where the
international students will meet for the first time their host family. The
host family and their new family member will then have the rest of the weekend
to enjoy getting to know each, sharing their lives, their stories, and their
cultures. The itinerary is shown as below.
4、 How to Apply.
(1) After completing online registration
process, print out the registration form and complete the paper form, including
the seals of school organizing personnel and unit division.
(2)Scan or photograph the form then send
via email to hostfamily@mail.stust.edu.tw before Nov. 5th, 2015 to complete the
application procedure.
5、 Application Deadline:
November 5, 2015
6、 Note:
The transportation from your living place to Tainan Train
Station is participants’ responsibility.
